| 以 462 件科技法律法规文件为数据样本，通过高频主题词在总体分布、年度分布和技术主题分 布的分析，展示了我国科技政策关注的重点和领域前沿的焦点。利用信息可视化软件 UCINET 绘制了 科技政策关注热点的知识图谱，直观地展示了我国科技政策主题的演变，以及科技进步内容的演进， 为科技政策研究者和制定者提供参考 |

| This study used 462 technical legal documents as data source to present the frontier of China’s scientific and technical policy by applying the high frequency keywords method to analyze the overall distribution, annual distribution and technical topics distribution. The knowledge maps of scientific and technical policy were drew by UCINET. The results clearly indicated the evolution of the scientific and technical policy and the scientific and technical progress in China. Moreover, the results can also provide a reference for the scientific researchers and policy makers in the future. |
