| 酪氨酸激酶抑制剂吉非替尼是近年来靶向抗肿瘤药物研究的热点。吉非替尼临床治疗作用明显、应用广泛为临床治疗肿瘤提供了更多的选择。本研究基于广东省专利大数据应用服务系统，运用专利情报分析理论，对重磅炸弹药品吉非替尼相关技术发展趋势、国内专利申请状况和国内外上市情况进行了梳理，在此基础上为国内仿制药机构和企业对于吉非替尼期开发、专利保护策略以及知识产权布局等战略决策提供一定的参考和建议。 |

| Gefitinib, a tyrosine kinase inhibitor, has been a hot topic in recent years. Gefitinib has obviously This study analyzed the related technology development trend, the domestic patent application situation and abroad listing of blockbuster drug Gefitinib based on the data of Guangdong Province patent application service system and the patent information analysis theory. On the basis of analysis , this study also provided references and recommendations to domestic generic institutions and enterprises for the research and development, the patent protection of intellectual property strategy and layout strategy of Gefitinib. |
