[目的 / 意义 ] 组织结构是科研团队开展科研活动的载体,对组织结构进行研究有助于开展科研团队的精准识别和适时适度培育。但是,组织结构具有不显著性和不确定性,是一个复杂系统。[ 方法/ 过程 ] 本文通过对团队自组织演化过程的分析,结合网络位置理论,提出一种基于成员角色的团队结构复杂性分析方法:首先通过成员所处网络位置判别成员角色,其次通过团队内角色构成判别其结构复杂性程度。在此基础上,提出基于科研合作网络的定量测度方法并开展实证研究。[ 结果 / 结论 ] 结果显示,该方法对于识别科研团队组织结构具有良好效果。 |

[Objective/Significance] Organizational structure is the carrier of scientific research activities carried out by scientific research teams. The research on the organizational structure is helpful for the accurate identification and appropriate cultivation of scientific research team. However, the organizational structure is not significant and uncertain, and it is a complex system. [Method/process], , this paper proposes an analysis method of team structure complexity based on member’s role though the analysis of the self-organization evolution process of scientific research teams and combined the network location theory. Firstly the role of members is identified by their network location. Then, the complexity of the structure is determined by the role composition within the team. Finally, a quantitative measurement standard suitable for scientific cooperation network is put forward and a empirical research is carried out. [Result/conclusion]The results show that this method has good effect on identifying the organizational structure of scientific research team. |
