| [目的/意义]现代社会面临着日益复杂的安全挑战，探索主动安全与智能情报分析的融合，增强风险前置识别、预警预测和感知应对能力。通过构建智能化、高效化的安全管理控制体系，有效降低事故发生概率、提升应急响应效率，优化资源配置，实现全面的安全保障。[方法/过程]通过比较分析法，深入探讨主动安全与智能情报分析的概念、功能和相关性，揭示二者融合的共通点及其实际应用意义，并结合交通安全方面的具体案例进行分析。[结果/结论]为应对主动安全与智能情报分析融合所面临的技术、经济和管理层面的困难，提出包括夯实融合基础，提升社会认同感与实践成效；构建协作平台，优化融合探析与实践效果等一系列建议，以推动主动安全与智能情报分析的有效融合，提升整体安全领域的防护水平，帮助相关企业或部门更好地应对日益复杂的安全挑战。 |

| [Objective/Significance] Modern society faces increasingly complex safety challenges. This study aims to explore the integration of active safety and intelligent intelligence analysis to enhance capabilities in risk pre-identification, early warning prediction, and situational response. By constructing an intelligent and efficient safety management control system, the goal is to effectively reduce the probability of accidents, improve emergency response efficiency, and optimize resource allocation to achieve comprehensive safety assurance. [Methods/Processes] Through comparative analysis, the concept,function and correlation of active safety and intelligent intelligence analysis are deeply discussed, the commonalities and practical application significance of the integration of the two are revealed, and the specific cases of traffic safety are analyzed.[Results/Conclusions]To address the technical, economic, and managerial challenges faced in the integration of active safety and intelligent intelligence analysis, a series of recommendations are proposed, including consolidating the foundation for integration, enhancing social recognition and practical effectiveness, building collaboration platforms, and deepening the exploration and practical application of integration. These suggestions aim to facilitate the effective fusion of active safety and intelligent intelligence analysis,enhance the protective effect in the overall security domain, and assist relevant enterprises or departments in better addressing increasingly complex security challenges. |
