| [目的/意义]近年来，棕地再开发项目受到广泛关注，由“毒地”事件引发的焦虑不安等负面情绪对此类项目的社会接纳度构成威胁。因此，有必要探究棕地再开发项目公众负面情绪传播的致因因素及扩散规律，为相关决策者更高效地引导和管理公众负面情绪，制定情绪疏导与管控方案提供参考。[方法/过程] 借助扎根理论，结合相关事件的微博评论数据，系统识别并梳理影响公众负面情绪传播的致因因素；在此基础上，借鉴传染病模型对负面情绪的动态传播过程进行仿真分析，揭示其传播机理及扩散路径。[局限] 在案例选取和扎根编码方面还存在一定的局限。[结果/结论]扎根及仿真结果表明，通过降低公众风险感知水平、提高棕地再开发项目相关方信息披露水平及反馈机制可有效降
低负面情绪传播者的密度水平，据此提出有针对性的干预策略，推动工业棕地再开发项目可持续发展。 |

| [Objective/Significance] In recent years, brownfield redevelopment projects have received widespread attention.Negative emotions such as anxiety arising from “toxic land” incidents threaten the social acceptance of such projects.Therefore,it is essential to explore the causal factors and diffusion patterns of public negative emotion spread in brownfield redevelopment projects, providing references for relevant decision-makers to more efficiently guide and manage public negative emotions andformulate emotion relief and control strategies. [Methods/Processes] Using grounded theory and combined with Micro-blog comment data from relevant events, this study systematically identifies and organizes the causal factors influencing the spread of public negative emotions. On this basis, a simulation analysis of the dynamic spread of negative emotions is conducted using infectious disease models to reveal its transmission mechanisms and diffusion paths. [Limitations] There are certain limitationsin case selection and grounded coding. [Results/Conclusions] Grounded theory and simulation results indicate that lowering the public’s risk perception level, improving the information disclosure level of stakeholders in brownfield redevelopment projects,and enhancing feedback mechanisms can effectively reduce the density of negative emotion spreaders. Accordingly, targeted intervention strategies are proposed to promote the sustainable development of industrial brownfield redevelopment projects. |
