[目的/意义]随着图书馆空间服务数字化、网络化水平逐渐提高,图书馆积累了海量的用户空间使用行为数据。对用户空间使用行为数据进行挖掘,构建用户画像,有利于洞察用户实际需求,辅助图书馆开展针对性的个性化服务。 [方法/过程]提出了一种多维度、多模型融合的图书馆空间服务视域下用户画像构建方法。从用户基本属性和行为属性两个维度构建用户画像标签体系,基于扩展的RFM 用户价值模型挖掘用户的空间利用强度、采用时间权重加权方法计算用户的空间偏好、利用PrefixSpan 算法挖掘用户的空间利用行为模式、依据模糊层次分析法对用户空间利用信用度进行建模,构建出图书馆空间用户的画像。[结果/结论]多维度用户画像能深入挖掘用户使用模式、偏好及信用度,有利于全面、直观了解用户,在提升空间服务水平,提高空间利用效率等方面具有重要意义。 |

[Objective/Significance] With the improvement of the digitalization and networking level of library space services,libraries have accumulated a large amount of user space usage behavior data. Mining user space usage behavior data and constructing user portraits are conducive to insight into the actual needs of users and assist libraries in carrying out targeted personalized services. [Methods/Processes] This paper proposes a multi-dimensional and multi-model fusion method for user portrait construction from the perspective of library space service. The user portrait label system is constructed from the two dimensions of user attributes and behavior attributes. Based on the improved RFM user value model, the user’s spatial utilization intensity is mined. The time weight weighting method is used to calculate the user’s spatial preference. The PrefixSpanalgorithm is used to mine the user’s spatial utilization behavior pattern preference. The fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is used to model the user’s spatial utilization credit, and then the portrait of the library space user is constructed. [Results/Conclusions]Multi-dimensional user portraits can deeply explore user usage patterns, preferences and credibility, which is conducive to a comprehensive and intuitive understanding of users, and is of great significance in enhancing space service levels and improving space utilization efficiency. |
