| [目的/意义]科技统筹是实现国家科技现代化的重要抓手，在深化科技体制改革、支撑科技自立自强方面发挥着重要作用。[方法/过程]本文概述了当前科技统筹工作的宏观背景，强调了科技统筹工作的定位、作用和意义。本文分析了智能情报、科技统筹的概念界定及相关研究现状。结合问题导向、需求导向、目标导向、结果导向，本文构建了涵盖趋势预判与战略规划、全局调控与综合协调、资源优化与效能整合、实施落地与执行管控、价值兑现与创新应用、绩效督查与动态反馈六个方面的科技统筹工作体系。针对科技服务场景变化下科技统筹工作对智能情报提出的新型保障需求，归纳为预测、监测、评价三类，详细分析了智能情报在科技统筹各方面的应用需求和保障效果。[结果/结论]本文在当前研究的基础上，展望了未来科技统筹的发展前景、发展方向和工作重点。 |

| [Objective/Significance] Science and technology coordination is an important means to achieve national scientific and technological modernization. It plays a significant role in deepening the reform of the science and technology system and supporting self-reliance and strength in science and technology. [Methods/Processes] This article outlines the macro background of current science and technology coordination work, emphasizing its positioning, role and significance. It analyzes the concept definition and current research status of intelligence and science and technology coordination. Based on problem-oriented, demand-oriented, goal-oriented and result-oriented approaches, this article constructs a science and technology coordination work system covering trend prediction and strategic planning, overall regulation and comprehensive coordination, resource optimization and efficiency integration, implementation and execution control, value realization and innovative application, performance supervision and dynamic feedback. In response to the new guarantee requirements for intelligent intelligence under the changing science and technology service scenarios, it is summarized into three categories:prediction, monitoring and evaluation. It also provides detailed analyses of the application demands and guarantee effects of intelligent intelligence in various aspects of science and technology coordination. [Results/Conclusions] Based on current research, this article looks forward to the future development prospects, development directions and work priorities of science and technology coordination. |
