      [目的/意义]在数智技术迅猛发展的今天,传统馆际互借与文献传递业务日渐衰微。结合数智技术,全面优化高校图书馆馆际互借与文献传递服务功能、创新服务模式和内容、开拓文献资源建设的新途径,是每位图书馆员的新挑战。[方法/过程] 通过多种文献计量手段进行学术数据分析,涉及SPSS、Tableau 大数据平台等,同时结合Gephi、Ucinet、VOSviewer、Inciteful 等可视化图谱工具,为馆际互借与文献传递服务梳理历史研究脉络。利用问卷调研和网络调查,将人工智能和工作实践经验有机结合,探索创新服务思维。[结果/结论]馆员面对每一个工作细节都可能是创新契机:一是文献传递服务效率提升——AI 预测算模块大幅节省馆员的前期数据处理精力;信息智能互动模块可实时回应读者需求;构建基于数智技术的多元评价手段,对馆员和读者进行互评,不断迭代经验,达到高效应答、自我更新、提升效率、优化服务的目的,有利于服务质量的进一步提升。二是扩展更多增值服务—— 构建特色资源池、强化“缺口记录”的工匠角色,其时效性和新颖性特点以及预测机制可为我国中西部等资源优势较弱地区提供精准的资源服务,创新服务功能、突破行业瓶颈。

      [Objective/Significance] In today’s era of rapid development in digital and intelligent technologies, traditional interlibrary loan and document delivery services are gradually declining. Integrating digital and intelligent technologies to comprehensively enhance the functions of interlibrary loan and document delivery services in university libraries, innovate service models and content, and explore new opportunities for document resource development presents a new challenge for every librarian. [Methods/Processes] Academic data analysis through various bibliometric methods involves platforms such as SPSS and Tableau for big data, combined with visualization tools like Gephi, Ucinet, VOSviewer, and Inciteful, to outline the historical research trajectory of interlibrary loan and document delivery services. By integrating questionnaire surveys with online investigations, and combining artificial intelligence with practical work experience, innovative service thinking is explored. [Results/Conclusions] Every detail of the work faced by librarians can be an opportunity for innovation, which is reflected in two aspects in this article: firstly, the efficiency of document delivery services has been improved-the AI prediction module greatly saves librarians’ preliminary data processing energy; The information intelligent interaction module can respond to readers’ needs in real time; Building a diversified evaluation method based on digital intelligence technology,conducting mutual evaluation between librarians and readers, constantly iterating experiences, achieving the objectives of efficient response, self-renewal, improving efficiency, and optimizing services, which is conducive to further improving service quality. The second is to expand more value-added services-by building a unique resource pool and strengthening the role of craftsmen in “gap recording”. Their timeliness, novelty, and predictive mechanism can provide accurate resource services for areas with weaker resource advantages, such as central and western China. This approach efficiently innovates service functions, and breaks through industry bottlenecks.
