| 高校大型仪器设备的共享利用对国家创新体系建设的基础支撑作用在如火如荼的双创年代正得到越来越明显的体现。本文以共享经济理论为指导，采用案例研究的方法，重点聚焦高校云集，高校大型仪器设备资源丰沛的上海，从中撷取两个最有代表性的第三方机构运营管理模式做重点解读，并结合我国建设社会主义现代化市场经济的实践需要，对其未来的演进趋势进行了展望，以期为行业的健康发展提供有益的借鉴。 |

| The sharing and utilization of large-scale instruments and equipment in Colleges and universities is becoming more and more obvious in the era of mass entrepreneurship and innovation. Guided by the theory of sharing economy, this paper adopts the method of case study to focus on Shanghai, which is a city with abundant resources of large-scale instruments and equipment in Colleges and universities, and to extract two most representative third-party organization operation and management modes for key interpretation. Combined with the practical needs of China’s construction of socialist modern market economy, it looks forward to its future evolution trend, In order to provide useful reference for the healthy development of the industry. |
