| [目的/意义]全球科技创新加速推进,各国科技创新能力的水平成为当前全国关注的焦点。科技信息资源建设对提升国家自主创新能力,突破关键核心技术瓶颈至关重要。[方法/过程]通过调查问卷法,对我国科技类图书馆开展调研,分析我国科技信息资源建设现状及需求,提出我国科技信息资源建设策略。[局限]研究方法以问卷调查为主,且调研对象仅为图书馆,研究方法与调研对象应进一步深化与拓展。[结果/结论]我国应加强国家层面科技信息资源建设的统筹,深化国外科技信息资源的获取渠道,强化我国科技信息资源共建共享建设,推进国际国内交互循环的学术交流生态。 |

| [Objective/Significance] As global technological innovation accelerates, the level of scientific and technological innovation capabilities among various countries has become the focus of national attention. The construction of scientific and technological information resources is crucial for enhancing a country's independent innovation capabilities and breaking through bottlenecks in key core technologies. [Methods/Processes] Through the questionnaire method, a survey was conducted on science and technology libraries in China to analyze the current status and demand for the construction of science and technology information resources in the country, and to propose strategies for the construction of science and technology information resources in China. [Limitations] The research method is primarily based on questionnaire surveys, and the research subjects are limited to libraries. Both the research method and research subjects should be further deepened and expanded.[Results/Conclusions] China should strengthen the overall planning of national-level scientific and technological information resource construction, deepen the acquisition channels of foreign scientific and technological information resources, enhance the collaborative construction and sharing of China’s scientific and technological information resources, and promote an interactive and circular academic exchange ecosystem between China and the world. |
