      利用我国半导体行业29 家上市公司2006-2015 年间的专利数据,采用负二项回归方法,探讨组织内部协作网络特征:网络密度、网络中心势、网络分离度对企业渐进式与突破式创新绩效的影响。研究发现,组织内部协作网络密度负向影响企业渐进式与突破式创新绩效;组织内部协作网络中心势负向影响突破式创新绩效,但对渐进式创新绩效影响不显著;组织内部协作网络分离度正向影响渐进式创新绩效,但对突破式创新绩效影响不显著。
英文摘要:
      Through the panel data negative binomial regression analysis, this study found that the network density, network centrality and network separation degree has a significantly negative effect on incremental innovation performances and radical innovation performances based on the patent data of the semiconductor industry during the period from 2006 to 2015 in China. The results also indicated that the network centralization has a significantly negative effect on radical innovation performance, but do not have obvious effect on the incremental innovation performance. The degree of dissociation of network has a significantly positive effect on incremental innovation performance, but do not have obvious effect on radical innovation performance.
