| 本文从竞争情报价值链出发，适应环境变化，剖析价值链的具体环节，试图构建高效的专利竞 争情报流程。在此基础上，将传统的专利竞争情报研究范围从企业、产业提升到国家层次；最后总结 出各层次的专利竞争情报活动特点，这对我们发展专利竞争情报具有一定的借鉴意义。 |

| Based on the competitive intelligence value chain, this study analyzed the different idiographic of specific value chain and built an efficient patent competitive intelligence process. Based on these analysis, we extended the traditional patent research scope from enterprise and industrial competitive intelligence to the national level. Finally, we summarized the characteristics of patent competitive intelligence activities in different levels, and it might be beneficial for the future development of the patent competitive intelligence. |
