      为了研究学校“双一流”建设所需的数字资源,并与DRAA 集团采购资源进行映射,研究集团采购对学校“双一流”建设的文献保障水平,本课题选取天津大学2013-2017 年在Web of Science的发文为数据源,统计数据库的有效引用量。接下来,对引用文献分级进行统计分析,再对其出版社和集团采购情况进行研究。最终得出结论,无论是从数量上,还是从质量上,集团采购资源对学校“双一流”建设所需的数字资源满足量和满足率均处于领先地位,能够基本满足学校“双一流”的需求。更进一步得出,有效引用量是研究学校“双一流”建设所需资源的有效方法,但该方法的可操作性不强。此次研究的最终数据,能够为学校今后的资源建设和资源深度利用提供有力的数据支撑。
英文摘要:
      In order to study the digital resources required for the “Double First Class” construction of universities and map it with the DRAA Group’s procurement resources, we studied the level of literature guarantees for the Group’s “Double First Class” construction of universities. This project selected Tianjin University’s Web-based science publication 2013-2017 as a data source, and the effective quota of statistical databases. Next, statistical analysis was conducted on the classification of cited documents, and then the status of their publications and group purchases was studied. Finally, it was concluded that Draa Group’s procurement resources are in a leading position in terms of quantity and quality in terms of quantity and quality. School “double first-class” needs. It is further concluded that the effective quotation is an effective method for studying the resources required for the school’s “Double First Class” construction, but this method is not very operative. The final data of this study can provide strong data support for the school’s future resource construction and deep use of resources.
