      评价研究我国主要区域的创新绩效,对调整优化区域创新战略具有重要意义。本文以高技术产业为载体,综合应用因子分析法和SBM-DEA窗口分析,分析研究2006-2018年京津冀、长三角、珠三角、长江中游等十个主要区域的创新绩效区域差异和变化趋势。结果发现:珠三角地区创新绩效水平最高,长三角次之,海峡西岸地区则最低;考察期内,各区域创新绩效都有一定程度的提升,其中珠三角和长三角地区的创新绩效变化最稳定,一直保持较高水平,京津冀、中原等区域波动较大,提升幅度也较大,东北、成渝等区域的创新绩效呈现上升趋势,但仍然低于区域整体平均水平;我国主要区域创新绩效存在明显的区域差异 , 但差异也在逐渐减小。

      To evaluate and analyze the innovation performance of major regions in China is of great significance to the adjustment and optimization of regional innovation strategies. This paper takes the high-tech industry as a carrier, comprehensively applies the factor analysis and SBM-DEA window analysis to analyze the regional differences and evolution trend of innovation performance of ten major regions including Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, Yangtze River Delta, Pearl River Delta, and Middle Yangtze River from 2006 to 2018. The results show that the Pearl River Delta region has the highest level of innovation performance, followed by the Yangtze River Delta region, and the west coast of the Strait has the worst level of innovation performance.During the inspection period, the innovation performance of each region has been improved to a certain extent; among them, the innovation performance of the Pearl River Delta and Yangtze River Delta regions has been the most stable and has maintained a relatively high level.Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, Central Plains and other regions fluctuate greatly, and the improvement range is also large. The innovation performance of Northeast, Chengdu and Chongqing regions shows an upward trend, but it is still lower than the overall average level of the region; There are obvious regional differences in innovation performance in major regions of China, but the differences are gradually decreasing.
