| [ 目的 / 意义 ] 为打造粤港澳大湾区国际科技创新中心，本文提出了构建粤港澳大湾区科技协同创新体系。[ 方法 / 过程 ] 对粤港澳的科技创新政策、科技创新人才、科技创新载体、科技活动产出等情况进行研究，分析粤港澳大湾区在科技协同创新中存在的问题。[ 结果 / 结论 ] 借鉴世界先进湾区在科技协同创新的经验和做法，提出粤港澳大湾区科技协同创新体系建设的对策。 |

| [Objective/ Significance] To build an international science and technology innovation center in the GuangdongHong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, this paper proposes to build the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area science and technology collaborative innovation system. [Methods/Process] The paper studies the situation of science and technology innovation policy, sci-tech talents, technological innovation carrier and the output of scientific and technological activities, finds out the problems existing in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area’s scientific and technological collaborative innovation. [Results /Conclusions]Based on the experience and practice of the world’s advanced bay areas in science and technology collaborative innovation, the paper puts forward the countermeasures for the construction of the science and technology collaborative innovation system in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. |
