| [目的/意义]探究高校图书馆特藏服务质量影响因素，并搭建影响因素模型。[方法/过程]基于扎根理论研究范式，对运用半结构化访谈法、网络调研法获取的原始资料进行编码分析。[结果/结论]研究发现高校图书馆特藏服务质量影响因素主要包含管理方式、建设方式、资源类型、服务形式、服务对象等 5 个主范畴，分别对高校图书馆特藏服务质量起到保障、支撑、完善、主导、推动作用，是影响高校图书馆特藏服务的前提、基础、关键、核心和根本。最后，进行分析并提出提升高校图书馆特藏服务质量的策略。 |

| [Objective/Significance] To explore the influencing factors of the quality of special collection services in university libraries and build a model of these influencing factors. [Methods/Processes] Based on the grounded theory research paradigm, conduct coding analysis on the raw data obtained through semi-structured interview and online research methods.
