| [目的/意义]2025 年 10 月 18 日，由中国科学技术情报学会青年人才工作委员会、中国科学技术信息研究所、《情报工程》编辑部主办，吉林大学商学与管理学院、中国科学技术情报学会科研诚信建设工作委员会、《情报科学》编辑部承办，吉林大学信息资源研究中心、吉林大学大数据管理研究中心、吉林大学“情报学 +”研究生学科交叉融合学术交流中心协办的“2025 年科技情报新青年学术会议暨中国科学技术情报学会青年人才工作委员会年会”在吉林大学成功举办。本次会议以“春城青聚·智启新程”为主题，旨在围绕科技情报研究重大需求、迫切任务及期刊发展等热点前沿议题，聚焦服务于国家战略的情报理论、探索赋能用户决策的实践方案、开辟情报技术创新的发展路径，优化与时俱进的情报业务模式。[方法/过程]会议汇聚了科技情报界的泰斗和新锐，旨在深度研判科技情报事业所面临的时代命题，共同擘画应对新挑战、肩负新使命的战略应答。[结果/结论]本次会议构筑了汇聚智慧、培育新锐的新高地，成为驱动情报理论与实践应用双轮融合的创新引擎，为国家科技创新战略的深入推进贡献了坚实的智慧动能。 |

| [Objective/Significance] On October 18, 2025, The “2025 New Youth Academic Conference on Scientific and Technological Information and Annual Meeting of the Youth Talent Working Committee of the China Society for Scientific and
Technological Information” was successfully held at Jilin University. It was hosted by the Youth Talent Working Committee of the China Society for Scientific and Technological Information, the Institute of Scientific and Technological Information of China, and the editorial department of “Technology Intelligence Engineering”. It was organized by the School of Business and Management of Jilin University, the Scientific Research Integrity Construction Working Committee of the China Society for Scientific and Technological Information, and the editorial department of “Intelligence Science”. Additionally, it was also coorganized by the Information Resources Research Center of Jilin University, the Big Data Management Research Center of Jilin University, and the “Intelligence +” Graduate Discipline Cross-integration Academic Exchange Center of Jilin University.The theme of this conference is “Spring City Youth Gathering · Intelligent New Journey”, aiming to focus on hot and cuttingedge issues such as major needs, urgent tasks, and journal development in Scientific and Technological Information research. The conference will focus on intelligence theories that serve national strategies, explore practical solutions to empower user decision-making, open up development paths for intelligence technology innovation, and optimize the intelligence business model that keeps pace with the times. [Methods/Processes] The conference brought together experts and emerging talents in the field of Scientific and Technological Information, aiming to deeply analyze the era challenges faced by the Scientific and Technological Information industry, and jointly plan strategic responses to new challenges and shoulder new missions. [Results/Conclusions] This conference has built a new highland for gathering wisdom and cultivating new talents, becoming an innovation engine driving the integration of intelligence theory and practical application, and contributing solid intelligent momentum to the deepening of the national science and technology innovation strategy. |
